Delivery Policy (Digital Items & Prizes)

Trivia Wars is a digital service. We do not ship physical goods. Most rewards are delivered digitally (for example, by email).

1. Digital Items (In-App Purchases)

• In-app purchases may include subscriptions, Brain Bucks, and other digital items.
• Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play), not by NexumEnt.
• Digital items are typically delivered instantly or near-instantly after purchase is confirmed.

2. Prize Delivery (Digital Rewards)

Prizes are listed up front on the Bounty Board. If you win, we may request basic information to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. Digital reward codes are typically fulfilled within 7 business days after verification, unless the specific event discloses a different timeline.

3. If Delivery Fails

If you believe you did not receive a digital item you purchased or you are a confirmed winner and did not receive your prize, contact us at contact@nexument.com. Please include your account email, date/time, and any screenshots or receipts (if applicable).
