Refund Policy (In-App Purchases)
This policy explains refunds and billing disputes related to Trivia Wars. This policy is referenced by and incorporated into the Terms of Service.
1. Contact and Support
For billing help or delivery issues, contact us at contact@nexument.com. We generally respond within 24–48 business hours.
2. App Store Purchases (iOS)
iOS purchases are processed by Apple (App Store). Apple controls billing, receipts, and refunds. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s refund process.
3. Google Play Purchases (Android)
Android purchases are processed by Google (Google Play). Google controls billing, receipts, and refunds. Refund requests must be submitted through Google’s refund process.
4. Missing Items / Delivery Issues
Digital items (subscriptions, Brain Bucks, cosmetics, etc.) are typically delivered instantly or near-instantly after a purchase is confirmed. If something didn’t deliver as expected, contact us with your account email and any receipt details so we can help verify delivery.
5. Prize Tickets and Prize Events
Prize Tickets are free entries and are not purchased. Prizes are offered as listed for specific events. Because Tickets are not purchased and do not have cash value, they are not refundable. If you believe Tickets were lost due to a verified Service error, we may restore them at our discretion.
6. Discretion and Anti-Abuse
We may deny support requests related to fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct. Where permitted by law, NexumEnt may restrict accounts for chargeback abuse or other misuse of the Service.
